American Legion Post 21 Hall Rental Agreement

Part 1

Persons renting the hall must be 21 years of age.
 
Hall can only be rented up to midnight.
 
Decorating only on tables (nothing can be attached to the walls, doors, chandeliers or any other part of the hall).
No use of scotch tape, tacks, etc. is permitted.
 
The following can be provided at an additional charge.
Linen table cloths and napkins at $6.00 per table
Alternate colors are available however we need advance notice to arrange.
 
If rental party uses our kitchen it must be left in a clean condition.
The kitchen is only for organizing food and heating/warming of food.
No cooking is to be done unless agreed to beforehand.
 
All deliveries must be made from the Legion Drive driveway entrance by the door marked “DELIVERIES”
 
Deposit $200.00
Security Deposit required:  $300.00 (Refundable)
Security Deposit may be applied to the final bill.
 
Deposit will be returned after a member of the Post inspects the hall and ascertains that no damage is found.
 
Rental fee for five hours is $675.00 including the cleanup
Any hour after five hours is at $125.00 per hour.
 
No Smoking inside the premises.
Smoking outside only in the designated area.
We kindly request that guests make use the ashtrays in the front of the building
 
American Flag and Post Flag must remain in the hall.

Part 2

The person renting the hall must purchase the liquor from the Legion.
(See attached price list.)
 
It is the responsibility of the person renting the hall to ensure that no alcoholic beverages are given to minors under 21 years of age.
 
Our serving bartenders will require identification of proof of age if there is a doubt.
 
One bartender is required for 1 to 75 persons.
Parties of more than 76 persons two bartenders are required.
 
Bartender fee is $75.00 per bartender for five hours.
Over five hours a charge of $15.00 per hour.
 
Cash Bar Available.
 
The bar in the hall will have a cash register with a tape to verify the amount of drinks sold.
